Janet Rascati, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is a 25-year banking veteran who prior to joining FirstCity Bank of Commerce worked for local South Florida community banks such as Fidelity Federal and Republic Security Bank.

Ms. Rascati has previously held the positions of Vice President, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting Manager and Assistant Controller. She has gained extensive knowledge of the banking industry by working for both large and small institutions as well as privately held and publicly traded institutions.

In her current position, Ms. Rascati has responsibility for the Finance, Treasury, Accounting and Human Resources areas.

Ms. Rascati graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Florida Atlantic University, with a degree in Accounting.
