Jack B. Owen, Jr.

Mr. Owen has been the sole shareholder and President of the law firm of Jack B. Owen, Jr., P.A. since 1999 and also is a 50% owner of Inlet Title Company of Hutchinson Island, LLC, a real estate title insurance agency. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Owen worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Tax Counsel for DiVosta & Company, a Palm Beach County, Florida real estate development company sold to Pulte Homes in 1998.  From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Owen worked for Steel Hector & Davis (now merged with Squire Sanders and Dempsey) as an attorney who specialized in corporate and real estate transactional work.  Prior to that Mr. Owen worked for three (3) years for the accounting firm Arthur Young & Co. (now known as Ernst & Young) as an auditor and tax associate.

Mr. Owen graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and graduated with honors from the University of Florida law school in 1984. Mr. Owen is a Florida licensed attorney, certified public accountant and real estate broker.  He is also a member of the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Associations and the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants as well as a member of the American Association of Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants.
